Fish, wildlife and the environment

Select Properties and Dennis Delahunt have always been concerned about, and committed to the marketing and sales of properties that will have a positive impact on the environment, fish and wildlife.

 

In addition to working with several Indian Tribes in Washington and Oregon, Select Properties has been involved with government entities and private organizations that are dedicated to enhancing and creating fish and wildlife habitat, and protecting river and forest eco systems.

 

Select Properties was instrumental in the location and sale of 250 acres of riverfront property near Astoria Oregon, which is in the process of being developed and reclaimed for fish habitat by Falling Springs LLC. in cooperation with the Bonneville Power Administration.

 

Select Properties is continuing its environmental involvement in several projects located in the Lower Columbia River Basin and seeking additional land to be purchased and developed.
