Dennis Delahunt, Owner and Principal Broker of Select Properties Inc., holds a Real Estate Brokers licenses in Washington, Oregon and Nevada, operating offices in all three states.

 

With over 35 years of experience, he is skilled in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, leasing and development. In addition to representing buyers, sellers, lessors or lessees in commercial sales and leasing, Dennis has extensive experience developing commercial, residential and recreational property in Washington and Oregon.

 

As your broker, his development experience provides him with insight and expertise that many commercial and residential brokers lack. Dennis and his team have the expertise to help property owners navigate extensive government regulations and avoid the economic pitfalls that are part of the development process.

 

In Oregon, Dennis is currently involved in the assemblage of properties that are being developed for the enhancement of fish habitat and wetland mitigation. Select Properties is deeply committed to projects that will improve the environment and the health of fish and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest.

 

In Nevada, he is involved in the marketing and sale of the former site of the famous Moulin Rouge Casino and its gaming license. This historic property was the first fully integrated gaming property in Las Vegas, a favorite haunt of the Rat Pack, including Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Louie Armstrong and Elvis Presley.

 

In addition to his extensive real estate education, Dennis earned a degree from the University of Oregon. He also has extensive medical training gained during his service in the U.S. Public Health Service, Washington State Division of Health and as the former Executive Director of the Southwest Washington Health System Agency.
